The CES advisory board consists of national, international, and local leading scientists in the fields of environmental science, biology, ecology, and human interactions with the Earth system. Board members include leaders of nationally recognized institutions, businesses, and public service institutions. The external advisory board include: Adolphus Busch IV (President Great Rivers Habitat Alliance); Peter Raven (Director, Missouri Botanical Gardens); Jeff Bonner (President and CEO, St. Louis Zoo); Richard Mayden (Dept of Biology at SLU).
